Angry about something? feeling Lonely? Tired? Sick or Sad? Do I need: To eat? Drink water? Talk to someone? Get a hug? Spend time with a pet? Take a nap or rest? Take 5 minutes to myself? Look after my health? Have a good cry? Could I: Cry? Go for a walk? Be creative and paint, draw, or build? Play? Spend time with my loved ones? Connect? Help someone in need? Pray? Write in my Journal? Ask for help? Nap? Blog back ideas on what YOU do to make yourself feel better? Please visit Raz Kids daily for 20 minutes each night & complete the Flight Check. .
